We are excited to introduce ourselves as the Friends of the Afton Ridge Library, a new group of community members who have come together to support and strengthen our public library. We believe in the vital role libraries play in education, connection, and lifelong learning, and we’re committed to helping our library continue to thrive.
As Friends of the Afton Ridge Library, we’ll be working to raise awareness, advocate for funding, organize events, and support library programs that benefit people of all ages. Whether through volunteering our time, raising funds, or spreading the word, we’re here to make a positive impact.
We know the library is more than just a place for books—it’s a hub for ideas, discovery, and community. We’re proud to stand behind it, and we invite others who share our passion to join us in this important work.
The mission of the Friends of the Afton Ridge Library is to support, promote, and enhance the services and resources of our public library. We advocate for literacy, lifelong learning, and community engagement by raising funds, volunteering, and fostering a strong partnership between the Afton Ridge library and the community it serves.
